![]() Just wondering once I get my epic, what sort of cash camps I can rot at (I heard rotting is the most powerful option for druids once epic is obtained).

![]() AFAIK, epic clicky will not stack with root, but this will change during Velious. I'll let Daldean come in here and give greater insight, He should be here any minute. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Itap speaks the truth. Until Luclin the Druid epic has a Snare component. 1-2 Months into Velious, Snare and Root begin to stack. So basically, until Luclin your epic cannot be used for root/rotting mob. The click has a few uses, none all that particularly awesome for making money. 1. It has a low resistance check, allowing you to nearly guarantee sticking a snare on high MR mobs that you can't reliably snare with Ensnare. Example: Dark Elves in Kithicor, Sebilite Protector/Juggernauts/Tolapmuj, Several misc. 55+ mobs like Cliff Golems and random epic mobs. 2. Small trio style groups, it doubles as free damage and snare to prevent fleeing. Coupled with low resist rates, it's a good use of 9 seconds of your time. 3. Quadding, you can use this as a means to do passive damage while gathering up mobs, downside is it's a 3min snare and long cast so you'd need to stick it and ball them up and kill them in 3 minutes. 4. Farming low trash, just toss epic click and DS yourself and melee stuff to death with an Espri or Hiero Crook. Useful for 30-40 content like Droga, Sol A, Permafrost, etc. Once Root/Snare stack you could root rot effectively all the same places shamans do. CoM cloud city would be good, just root, epic, arms. Harmony for single pulls. Could do Howling Stones also I think but it would be sort of slow. As far as money goes, root rotting never was that great. The areas you could root rot once Velious removed the stacking conflict would be similar areas that you can farm right now just nuking down content like Droga or Quadding Seafuries. For Velious money making, you'd be better off Quadding wyverns for armor gems rather than root rotting them (though wyverns camp will be extremely contested I think, getting four mobs for Quadding may be a pipe dream). You may be able to root rot some of the entry trash in PoMischief for Squire/Knight Cards which will sell okay. But most beyond trap mobs summon. You may be able to root rot some in Velketors though I believe most named summon. Holgresh Elder Beads camp could be root rotted (lol good luck getting that camp).

![]() I think I am misunderstanding the timeline. You said until luclin I cannot use epic for root/rotting, but once snare/root stack (1-2 mo into velious), I am able to.
Great info otherwise, I appreciate it. Guess I am stuck being poor and hoping for great drops in groups lol!

So on this server Snare will always be on the epic effect. However 1-2 months into Velious they change Snare/Root into two separate effects, which allows you to stack Root and Snare. Once this change goes in (1-2 months into Velious), you can root rot with your epic.
