Zone not availabe

Just created a Halfling, when I try to enter the world, game says 'Zone not available' any ideas? I can play the rest of the game fine (or Qeynos at any rate) and have followed the instructions to setting the game up...

Was it a halfling ranger? They're selectable but not playable and can cause crashes like that.
