Will I be able to get enough faction in Crushbone to not be KOS to guards and vends?

Hi,

Just made a troll shaman and once i get to level 5, i'd like to go to CB to hunt, work on faction, and make money. Is it possible to get out of KOS for guards and vendors? If so, how many levels approx would it take?
