Spells: Pogonip Only Rains Once

Was using it today raining at Split Paw, consistently hit multiple mobs....only 1 x 62. Not 3 x 62 (they were held stunned).

Were there multiple pets near the mob?

pretty sure a rain spell hits a maximum of 4 times across 3 waves

if you cast it on 1 mob, it hits 3 times
if you cast it on 2 mobs, it hits both of them 2 times
if you cast it on 3 mobs, it hits all of them 1 time and an additional time on 1 of them
if you cast it on 4 mobs, it hits all of them 1 time
if you cast it on 5+ mobs, it hits 4 of them 1 time

in PvP, however, it will hit an unlimited number of targets 3 times across 3 waves
