Default What about a Static?

Seems like there are 20 of these coming in a day..

I'm an EQ newb, first started on p99 over a year ago but only put about a month into the game as I wasn't social enough and got bored of soloing [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I don't have any meaningful "live" classic EQ experience.

Hoping to turn that around this time and get some kind of static going.

Currently have a myriad of characters ranging from 10-21, but I would prefer to start fresh.

My available play times are from 5:30PM-1AM MST, Sun-Thur, with Friday Saturday being hit or miss.

Edit: Full group is obviously ideal, but I would not be opposed to a small duo/trio group as I've seen that is completely viable for solid XP and seeing the world [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

If more show interest I would not mind joining in on this, only have a level 6 cleric as of current.

Awesome.. first person showing interest is a Cleric. That has to be a good sign!

While this could work, my guess is that you would be pretty successful logging in and looking for people on the same level range.

You just have to go to popular zones in your range and LOOK for groups or START a new one. It is rare that anyone just asks you out of the blue for a group. Use the LFG thingy and ask people to join if they are short a few people.

Its not hard really to get a group unless you are a Ranger, Nerco. Sad to say you had pretty much think about being a solo toon on them. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Welcome back.

Thanks for the insight guys. I've been running around on some of my "higher level" toons and getting groups and such, the population is definitely there. Seems like getting people to commit to playtimes is going to be tough though.. Was hoping to cut out all the ramp-up time each night.

Anyways, should anyone stumble upon this thread and be interested shoot me a PM. Probably best to let this thread die [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
