IP block? Husband and wife can't play on same IP?

Rather new to P99. Husband I were going to level characters together but have found there is an "IP block" if we both try to login. Is this a mistake or did we miss something, and what can be done so we might play together?

Specifically ask for an IP exemption and specify both yours and your wifes account names -- Mg

Should have people send a picture of themselves and wife/person they play with holding piece of paper with character name. That would be the best route to providing and maintaining IP exemptions. Would get rid of a lot of abuse, and help protect those who are legit.

Staff should legimately consider this.
