Post velious value of Mithril Greaves and Mithril Arms

Hi Melee subforum.

I know that these Mithril Greaves and the Mithril Arms are super Bomb items for PVP melee chars cause they got the strength and the MR.

Right now they are selling for 3kish. Will this value drop in Velious due to the appearance of new items that are availalbe that are of similar or better stats?

Hard to figure out what to buy right now given how the value of items may swing after velious 'drops'.
