Red Question

I am fairly new to P99, only have a lvl 8 rogue on blue. I have been really considering starting a toon on red. I started playing EQ in 2002 on TZ through merge and enjoyed pvp on live. But had a few questions.

I was curious how the community on red it?
Any xp modifier?
Can you start pvping at lvl 1, or does it start at like 5?

Probably going to make a wood elf rogue.

Any suggestions?

Yes, but its based on how many folks are in your group, so fill that group up!

Level 2, so you can make a level 1 trader alt and not have to worry about getting coined for 15k.
