Default Full Screen Mouse-Click Issue

The game ran fine this afternoon after the initial download and first couple of hours, however now my game will only allow me to click within the area the windowed version exists in even when the game is Alt+Entered to full screen. While certainly not game breaking, it does present a challenge.
Background: The game was installed today from Titanium and all further instruction from the "Getting Started" section was followed 100%.
The game worked fine. The game was left at the character select screen for about 4-5 hours while I was away, issue started when I attempted to play again.

Troubleshooting: Relaunched game from Launch Titanium cfg file. Restarted PC.

* Sorry if this has been reported before.

** I will continue to try and find solutions / workarounds.

Ned to go into your eqclient file and set the resolutions the same as your monitor.

Thanks, I noticed that even though I had changed the in-game resolution to match my monitor it reverted back at some point and that's when the issue occured. I managed to fix it temporarily by going back into Video Modes and changing it back to match. But your suggestion fixed it permanently, thank you!
