enabling item loot on an existing server is an incredibly bad idea, and i say this as someone who would be in one of the best positions to benefit from item loot

There's a reason RZ ruleset was chosen when they merged all three servers together. Big mistake not adopting RZ ruleset. Is why population is struggling so badly. :l

because i have a lot less to lose by having tons of great no drop gear versus the average player that doesn't have nearly as much top tier no drop armor

High end gear would probably have no drop tags removed due to the huge proliferation of no drop gear brought upon by 3 years of kunark.

Haste belts from air, VP gear, planar armor, would all have to be lootable. Otherwise you can fill almost every slot with no drop and it defeats the purpose, getting worse into velious where you can get full no drop.
