Game Mechanics: Throwing Weapon hotbar bug

So, this is my first bug post. I searched for a bit trying to see if this was posted already since it happens to me everytime I am using my rogue.

The issue I'm having is that if I try to use a ranged attack (I believe with just throwing weapons) as the button comes up, I get this message

Error: Timer not up. Attack -1, ranged 292

The ranged number varies greatly, saw one nearly as high as 600 and one at 182. The worst thing about this bug is that my ranged attack doesn't go off, and the "cooldown" happens again for a short amount of time.

I am using a normal merchant shuriken, 24 delay. Only level 8 halfing rogue. Anyone else experience this?
