Running Bug

[Brandenburg]

I am currently having a bug that lowers my running speed.

I have tried every form of run/walk/crouch/stand/full gear/some gear/no gear/naked etc. and my speed is just wrong. I am, when SoWed by the same person, slower running than the other person walking backwards. It appears like I am stuck on walk no matter what I do.

But, this does not occur in dungeons. My run speed goes back to normal.

Sometimes, however, I will have a burst of speed when running (up to normal speed) but then I will slow right back down even though I have not changed anything.

Discussed in game with Uthgaard, and he told me to post here. Any help appreciated. Thank you for your time.
