![]() I am looking into purchasing a laptop so I have the game going next to me, on a table, while sleeping to aid me in camp/poopsock purposes. I was going to get a used laptop, but I am pretty poor. I was wondering if this game could run on a Netbook? I know it doesn't require much but I know Netbooks are really bad. The thing is, I can probably find one for $100 which means I could get it pretty soon. Does anyone know if I can get it on there and have it be playable and not terrible?

![]() Oh. Maybe I didn't explain right. I just meant in my room, not actually in my bed... Wouldn't know stats yet was just wondering if it were possible.

![]() It's very possible. I played this game in 2000 with a shitty E-machines desktop with like 256mb ram.

![]() Immediate answer is, No. I understand this game was first introduced in 1998 (beta) and 99 release, but since it's 2015 I think you need:
HP 9000 line server (at least 12 or more Xeons, 1TB of ECC RAM) SAN with 90 PBytes no less than 10Gb fiber connection and 9999 KWs of power. | ||

![]() Oh, and that does NOT guaranty the absence of latency.

![]() The screen is pretty small but it'll run fine - get a wireless mouse, I find playing on a touchpad a PITA -- Mg
