If they are getting resisted by people with the 190+ MR that we needed for broken Malosini, it was working as intended

Been playing a cleric for a long time. Their nukes never got fully resisted, they would get partial at times but not often at all. Cleric nukes were landing fully 7/10 times and would get partialed maybe 3 out of the 10 times, never fully resisted ever.
