Game Mechanics: hp won't go beyond 95%

When i have naltron's mark and heroic bond my hp is stuck at 95%. it wont regen beyond that and heals wont put me beyond 95% either. 1541 hp out of 1620

Has this occurred more than once? If you have logged out since you noticed the Hit Point display discrepancy, have you logged back in and noticed that it was then correct? Sometimes, HP display bugs regarding visible Non-Player Character health can be fixed by logging out and then logging back in. It is very likely that your server-side Hit Points actually registered as your total HP and would properly be affected during combat, even though your game client did not report the HP correctly to your eyes. I do not know if there has yet been a fix determined for the problem, though it has been reported in other threads.

If logging out then back in has yet to fix your problem, what is your level, class, and what zone did you experience the bug in?

Happens to me every time I'm raid buffed, except 96%.

With some HP buffs the client will display a wrong max hp value. I have only noticed this happening with post-50 hp buffs (Naltron/Marzin/Kragg) on sub-50 characters.

this has now happened on multiple occasions. from lvls 30-35 on an iksar shaman all in mistmoore.
