Cannot change my face.

Hello... again...

When I created my beautiful barb I made sure to pick the face that has the cut over his eye (since nothing fights better than a 1 eyed man in a kilt). But ever since that force beta my chars face changed into a way more handsome bard face. Now on all my alts except for my bard can change their face via the inventory menu but for some reason my barb cant? Im tired of seeing my ridiculious handsome barb, i need that mean face. I have prbably petitioned 100x with no help.

Help?
