can staff of the wheel be MQed?

Thinking of making a wizzy, can I have a friend MQ the staff to him or do I need to have a friend hold his hand while he goes around the world for every damn jewel?

All items are collected, placed in a container, and then combined.
When you hit combine you get the staff. Definitely NOT MQable.

You'll need an escort for the Lower Guk part, everything else I think you could do lower level with invis and an I2U potion or two.

You will also need a breathing device or spell to get to the underwater caves in Everfrost. Takes a few hours of running around but def a rite of passage!

Always with your negative opinions on how others play the game. I deeply prefer my mage and could care less about some other classes rite of passage, I would just enjoy something else to do while my main money making camps are taken. Bank all your gear for the lower guk hand room part to reduce number of corpse runs risked. Keep an eye on / all gukbottom and do that part of the quest. When it is relatively full, and you can find people camping hand room (ask with /tell), then is the time to grab that rod and gate out.

The fun thing about the staff is you will get people asking how you managed to get your epic so early. For some reason people seem to confuse staff of the wheel with the epic.
