I mean they've been hanging on with some pretty stupid/needless roles... they'll be in for an axe, or have jobs merged.

Can you have a brand manager that directs development? I'd say so. If they need an axe man I'll be happy to help. EQ Next should be going a lot quicker than it has been, I get the feeling everyone has been on a "go slow" to keep milking that cow.

EQ next will be shit, and SOE is a shit company. I would love to see Smedley finally get canned for his incompetence.

You need a community manager (they help to get buzz) and director of development (depending on their team programming structure) also makes some sense. Omeed, however, is a waste of skin. I expect he'll be the first to go.
