How about this Unbrella, get the GMs to approve new raid rules.

0 variance (or atleast reduced down to 30min or less)
No FFA cycle, just C/R/C/R
Full FFA sim repops
Continuation of no FTE trackers
Limit Poopsocking in zones by having a max # of players allowed logged in the zone at spawn time.

If you can accomplish that maybe Chest will consider selling the naming rights.
