NPC Spawn Issue: High Keep.....

High Keep is actually missing 3 goblins, a Goblin / Crazed Goblin / Goblin Thief also missing...I leveled here all the time on live, and it was a hot spot to level until Luclin actually and those mobs were always there...Also Captain B for left ear quest should have a RANDOM cash pay out not a set number...if you would like you can use a PL I created for him that will make the cash(coin) reward randomized.

The extra goblin spawns were not added until Ghoulbane quest was created.

Bosec rewards between 1-5gp per turn in.

This all looks ok to me.
