Rare Spawns
This question is purely for red vets. What are the factors that determines if a toon becomes a rare spawn? I mean what could possibly lead to that much animosity? FYI I learned about this on level 1undercon vids. I Crack up every time I imagine a character being referred to as a rare spawn.
