Brood of Kotiz Faction

I've spent a full day pharming iksars in WW. My cabilis faction rose two levels from amiably to warmly and my Broot of Koiz faction stayed indifferently. I probably killed about 1000 of them.

Is the faction bugged out?... Yes the iksars I was killing gave cabilis faction and Broot of Kotiz faction
