Game Mechanics: Enemy full health after zone

Odd experience fighting a monk in Qeynos tonight.

Around 10:30 pm cst, a monk engaged me while I was fighting. I handled him solidly, but wasn't able to finish him before he started zoning back and forth between Qeynos and Qeynos Hills. Anyways, after about 20 such zone ins... he is suddenly full health. Not like he regenerated health while I was struggling to get him down... like straight up went from 5% health to 100% health after a single zone.

I unfortunately don't have any other details to share than that and the screen shot. I asked how he was full health and he said that he didn't know, bu that he liked it.

I experienced this also . I never seem to be able to recreate it . I just know it's super random and does not happen often

I experienced this tonight. I was fighting a monk near gfay ZL - he zoned on me with literally 0% hp and when i zoned over with him (he was zoning maybe .5 seconds quicker then myself) he was at 100%. He told me he had no idea how he regained all that HP.

Weird as hell..
