If there's no () notation after the spell, it's assumed to be a change for immediately when Velious is released.
So that is an old patch, 1 peridot per cast is correct at this point in timeline.

Hrmm doesn't Naltron's Mark use 2 peridots on this server?

No mention of double peridots.

Leaning towards it is supposed to be single peridot when reading EQCleric boards. Several mentions of it being only a peridot or a 11pp component. The Everlore poster I quoted *may* have been retarded.
