Quest Issue: Joogl Honeysomething's bandage quest.

There seems to be a bug with the halfling rep quest from Joogl, when I turn in a bandage he says his whole thing about jumping bixie drones for their honey but no reputation modifications happen.

Providing links as proof that there SHOULD be a faction hit would be useful as it would save us time on researching.

Joogl Honeybugger is located at -615, -1190.

You say, 'Hail, Joogl Honeybugger'

Joogl Honeybugger says 'Hello. I would shake your hand, but it would [hurt]. Ooooh! Owwy!'

You say, 'What hurts?'

Joogl Honeybugger says 'I was attacked by the bixies. They swarmed on me!! I think I got too near their queen. I need that honey to make a living! Get me a bandage and I will tell you where all their worker bees buzz around.'

Give him 1 x Bandages.

Joogl Honeybugger says 'Oh thank you, ______. If you are ever going to gather bixie honeycombs pray you do not run into the queen. The only way I know of collecting the honey is by intercepting the drones and taking the honeycombs they sometimes carry. Good luck !!'

This is a qood quest if your factions slip with the guards in rivervale (as it used to when the squad ring quest was bugged and turned the guard faction to KOS on Tarrew Marr server) you need A lot of bandages to get your faction raised from KOS to apprehensive. but it does help in a pinch

This was resolved with the recent patch. Many quests were not giving factions they should have been, when the quest itself was working.
