I just don't understand why modern MMOs don't use the 'one character can be all classes' system that FFXI had. No need for alts, no need to repeat endless fetch quests, and your character name matters so much more.

If you're a shit player rerolling a different name isn't as easy when you have put in all that work towards that one character.
