Account setup/Play guide

Going through the steps
Step 1 - Create Forum account
-works well
Step 2 - Account links
i click on the skip option - works good
Step 3 Account Security
i click on the skip option , itpops me back to step 2
i clcik on the continue with proper phone number - works but then can't get back to the setup page or the page is back at Step 2

I can not get any farther into the steps to setup the login server account

Please help. would like to play, i get a DB Error in game login screen
