Cannot get past SMS verification section

i dont have a cell phone atm, but the section asking me to enter my SMS number for the account doesn't seem to work correctly for me. when i hit skip, it puts me to the step b4. i skip it, and im back to the SMS section. looping over and over. i cannot complete my setup process because of this. please help me![You must be logged in to view images. having the same problem, even with the SMS step, it still bounces back to step 2.
