Default question about a classic mechanic

I was on rallos zek so surely it was a PVP rule and its why its not on this server, but maybe not! i wanted to ask.

On rallos you would pull a HP item at low HP to prevent loot rights from other players, the result was you wouldnt loose xp if you wre able to do this from a mob attacker as well.

Anyone remember or know if that was just rallos zek?

Thanks!

I have nothing to say about this being a thing here or not, but I'm sure if it happened on red, there'd be some derogatory name for it.

Non-melee dmg that resulted in death from a non NPC (pulling an HP item, fall dmg, drowning, etc) did not cause exp loss on PvP servers. The same was true on Vallon Zek as well.
