Game Mechanics: AC dont Works

Heyas all, i was cheking with beta velius how ac Works, i saw i was hit on me war 60 the same hits with 900ac and 1123 ac... Mm someone could explain me If ac really Works on beta and normal blue server? Thank you

It is my understanding that after 800 you fall into diminishing returns and the difference between 900 and 1123 might not be enough to show a difference on some mobs based on their attack ability.
