Peffin Ambersnow - 9th Coldain Ring

Worked as intended (although the initial non-rooted 3 kromrif elites somehow agro'd out to her in the campfire after being left alone in the hut).

She is however dropping the updated bow, instead of the original "Adarra's Bow of the Unseen". Adarra was dropping for a brief while before it was updated to the Talisen bow. Reference below:

3 - Peffin Ambersnow. Coldain in EW, in the giant fort. Give her the note; she respawns, along with several Frost Giant elites, very bad ass mobs. Separate her from the giants and kill her. Drops her head, Adarra's Bow of the Unseen, and a note to Dolgidun (sp?).

Peffin will drop Adarra's bow until ~August2001. (Best info I could find. If someone has better research, post it up)
