Can't create account.

Hi ! I'm having trouble with the account creation process. I obviously created a forum account and am trying to skip both the eqemu account and the phone number...however when skipping the phone one, it takes me back to the eqemu account thing and so i can never get to the step 4.
What's the deal [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] is there another way to create an account somewhere ?
