The box one is no drop, I don't know if that is timeline sensitive or not though

The Vox one should be tradeable. I've seen them sold on blue but not seen one on red.

The research combine one is definitely no drop.

The research one shouldn't be no drop. I definitely remember that, because another wizard combined it for me on live...

Actually when they change the way research works (which is past Velious) it becomes droppable.

Nilblog determined it was supposed to be no drop during our timeline after he looked into a bug I had submitted on blue 2-3 years ago with the staff of the wheel quest and changed it to no drop.

I'm not sure what evidence he found when researching but you're going to have to provide something pretty substantial for him to reverse it.
