variance does not encourage poopsocking because its meant to deter camping, its meant to have an uncampable timer, but that does not work on p99 because people on this shit are on loser levels of epic proportions.

On a server where there are more than enough trak teeth to go around, I highly doubt players will not have a lowbie track bot ranger in VP that is bound in OT...

ur right.... variance will increase the server pop.... Players will box trackers everywhere!!!
