Shadowknight Spells

I apologize if this has already been brought up (although I can't find it), however there seems to be some Shadowknight spells that should be usable but have a level requirement of 255:

Diamondskin - Should be level 59
Drain Soul - Should be level 60

Both of these spells are sold by the Beta Test Gnomes and show up on the P99 wiki as Velious era, however I could not find any specific later dates associated with them.
