SMS verification blocked, etc

Howdy friends, as many of you have encountered, I have no idea what my password is for my login. I know my login name and that's about it. I don't know which email i attached my acct to.
how to remove my sms verification black listed? due to verification failures. I have a corpse rotted, and honestly, I just want the items so I can sell them on a mule. Anyone know where to even begin? I've emailed the emu guys a couple times but I don't think they believed me and they never replied. I have char name, the p99 login name and about 3-4 emails we could try. /sigh
