Spells: resists -200 MR lifetap on green cons

Yesterday I spent a good deal of time in Droga, perhaps up to 8 hours.

I had Deflux (54 necro tap) resisted several times, something I have not seen happen before.

Unsure if lvl 35 mobs should even resist a -200 MR spell at 1%? Thinking I had somewhere around 5% of lifetaps resisted, which seems out of the ordinary.
