Tradeskill Trophies?

Sorry if this is misplaced, I didn't know where else to place this question

I've done some digging on 3 separate occasions and cannot find the answer to when Tradeskill trophies were implemented.

Are Grandmaster Tradeskill Items going to be in Velious?

When I say this, I'm talking about the older version of the trophies, i'm inquiring about the items that are PRIMARY SECONDARY RANGE AMMO with stats +10 STR +10 INT +10 WIS +50 CHA and a +5% tradeskill mod

One of the great successes of Luclin was increasing the relevance of Tradeskills.

Never really did much TS on live, with the exception of fletching. From memory .. which can be a bit dodgy at times .. the original TS trophy for Fletching was a Grandmaster Fletching Knife (or similar) and involved a planar fletching kit. These were purchasable in PoTranq .. so assume they are PoP or later.
