Trouble creating a Loginserver account

Hello all. I'm an old EQ player and after trying to find a new mmo for many a year now have decided after finding 99 to give this a shot again. However, I'm having difficulty creating an account. On this link, http://www.project1999.com/account/?Play&SkipLink , I try to skip SMS as well but it only takes me back to step two. I am stuck going between step two and three and can't ever reach the account creation step. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

P.S. Thinking of rolling Iksar monk or Erudite Wizard.
