low levels mana vs int

Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone can shed light on when its good to swap my mana items for int. The way I understand it (and its probably 100% wrong) is that at lower levels int doesnt give such a big payoff but as you level it out grows the value of mana items.

Complete guess, but probably 35ish

1 INT gives you 10 mana only at high level, so just swap your gear and see what nets you more.
