Miscellaneous: Hangnail failed to drop loot.

Killed hangnail at 01:35 PST (roughly) on 8/11/2014 using the character Quigleyy.

Looted the corpse and it was empty. Hangnail should always have 1 item, whether its the ES gloves/arms or Donal's gloves.

Pretty sure this was a bug since it was a fresh spawn (wasn't charmed or anything else like that) and was a clean kill, no reason for the corpse to bug.

I wasn't sure which "prefix" to post this under, so I used miscellaneous.
