Spells: Shadow Knight-Banshee Aura

Banshee Aura is not functioning properly, it should Increase Damage Shield by 9 (L16) to 16 (L54) its currently only giving 12dmg max, please fix!

Sounds like the level scaling applies from the level you can scribe it rather than the lowest level that a class can scribe it. Intended?

edit: actually probably too high for that to be the case, assuming linear scaling. Also, from the wiki:

Note: Updated Banshee Aura: buffdurationformula 7 -> 9, buffduration 30 -> 90, effect_base_value1 -8 -> -6, max1 0 -> 12, formula1 100 -> 110 (17 Feb, 2013 Patch, who knows what it means).

max = 12, looks intentional. Whether it's "right", on the other hand...
