New player trouble havent seen elsewhere

Hey all. So I got everything set up and was doing fine for 3 days. Then I remembered I had turned off my virus scan while I downloaded titanium so I started it back up and next message is Trojan found and isolated
Now the game wont load saying DSETUP.dll is missing from host. So I cleaned everything up and reloaded game and it works great till I turn on virus scan ..same thing.
Third time I load game and runs fine till I download the patch from 1999 to be added to eq files and that where the Trojan is. Soon as it gets unzipped mcafee moves out that file.
So I play with a virus or don't play?
Anyone help with this?

dsetup is not a virus. You need to go into your antivirus and set it to exclude the file.
