I'm getting spammed by this text every couple of minutes in Thurg A sitting on the bridge.

It''s being said by the following people simultaneously every few minutes (5ish mins) for a full screen of text all at once.

Guard Mason
Guard Pert
Guard Gord
Guard Bjorn
Guard Clom
Guard Pert (yep pert says it twice).

This is triggered by:
Lieutenant Ulfur yawns and says, "Well time for me ta walk the floor again lads."


Not sure if this is just general activity or quest related, but I can't imagine it's intentional to spam off the screen with everyones responses so quickly.

This is legit, but the distance for you to hear it might be off. On the pve server, at least, changes should be implemented that decrease the heard range of npcs.

Added another 90 seconds or so to Ulfur's patrol, which will decrease the time between this interaction.
