What class are you? 2nd floor static spawns are gonna be a lot better than basement for a lot of classes, considering basement is full of werebats and hags.

Edit: if you're srsly a paladin, give up on the solo dream now.

If you are bored and solo, there's a buncha giant skeletons in rathe mtns that are also gonna be pretty solid xp until you are into your 30s.

can go all the way to 41 there if you can handle light blue xp... Tho truthfully I'd probably leave at 39 for greener pastures.
