Hobbit Feet

Judging by the name, I bet you were thinking "this should by on server chat", but I think this belongs on tech discussion. does anyone remember the old transparent feet on the hobbits.

What I mean is: the transparency on halfling feet when they wear shoes. these shoes will have color but no armor graphics

I am having trouble describing it :P
does anyone know what I am talking about?

I have those "spray-painted" green feet on my little hobbit.

I am wearing the Small Scarab Boots, which can be acquired through the Scarab Armor Quests.
