Question - Late Night Crowd

Hi folks,
I just started Project 1999 at the behest of an old guild (and due to my fondness for oldworld EQ); however, I have some questions as to the activity and population levels for late night hours (North America). I live in Hawaii, and as such I am 6 hours behind EST; so my playtime tends to fall between 12:00AM Midnight - 3AM EST on weekdays, with variable hours on weekends. Is there an active community at this time, and with regard to raids at endgame, is there any raiding activity on weekends and/or at this time? Any comments are greatly appreciated!

For reference, I am in the process of leveling a bard.


And to include a little history about myself, I previously played a Shaman numerous years ago on the Solusek Ro server as a Barbarian Shaman. I quit around the PoP era.
