Spectres feeling a little tongue-tied
While spectres often say things like "Areeeeeew" and "It's Bards like you that insult all of Norrath," some of these sad pandas just don't feel like talking any more. Pulling them warrants a message that says:
A spectre says "

I noted this in the Ocean of Tears, as well, yesterday morning (Mon, 8/30/10), though I did not think much of it at the time.

I'm also pretty sure spectres never said "Really hate Bards like you", but I guess I have no proof of that. It just seems "off" to me.
