Ranger Spell Bug?
my ranger is lvl 54 and i just got skin like diamond which is also a lvl 39 druid spell, however on my ranger i can not cast skin like diamond on lower lvls. it says the spell is too powerful. is this a bug or can i not cast it on lower levels because for rangers its a 50+ spell? even though druids can cast it on lower levels no problem. this is also the case for my storm strength spell.

You're correct. Its the level of the spell by the player casting it. Even though others get the spell pre-50s.
