Default 1st Time Red nub!

I got to give this a try. I have never been on a PVP server and I know nothing about it and I need some advice please and thanks.

When I get dropped: Can they take my items? Can they take my cash? Do I leave cash in bank always? When in a group...can someone in group drop me and take my stuff? Is it ALWAYS pvp or is there help out there for new starting players?

So many questions and I cant type....any input is MUCHLY appreciated so this will be a good starting experience and not a bad one.

Thank you for your time [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

All they can take your cash. There is friendly fire can happen in groups with AoEs, and there isnt always going to be someone out there for your throat, just watch out for specific people in certain zones like MM, Unrest and other zones with a lot of traffic/good loots for lowbies.

Welcome to Red.

Always pvp, 4 level pvp range. No item loot. Only coin loot. You need to keep your money in the bank.

Make friends and try to find nice groups and cruise around. Group members can kill you and your only recourse is to remember who is scum and act accordingly in the future, but don't make enemies for no reason. No one likes poor sports or whiners.

Choose whatever class you are really interested in and be willing to suffer for it. Don't try to choose a power class unless that happens to be the class you love. At end game melee classes are kinda the best, but every class has its place (for the most part) so just get good and you will have a lot of fun.
